In order to celebrate the oenologists' mastery and to honour the ancient local wine-making tradition, a special brand – TRENTODOC – has been created to showcase the excellence of this territory's spumante production. But this event also celebrates the entire “wine production chain”, encompassing reds and whites, Vino Santo and grappas, with the display of their sublime fragrances and tastes that magnificently accompany the traditional local game and lake fish dishes as well the modern reinterpretations of Alpine specialities.
We could tell you how the unique bouquet of a wine such as Nosiola is obtained, explain the origins of Vino Santo, describe at length the distillation procedure used to create our grappas, but one thing would always be missing: the tasting.
